At the beach

Take a stroll on Milnerton beach ....

Just a 10 minute walk from the Cottage

Hike up Table Mountain

There are many hiking trails to choose from: the most popular are the circular route up Lions Head, and Platteklip Gorge to the top of Table Mountain.
Or, choose to take the more leisurely cable car.

Play Golf

Milnerton is home to a wonderful 18 hole links course. Many more courses are in easy driving distance.

The V&A Waterfront

Here you can stroll through  shops, markets  and have lunch at one of the many restaurants. Or, take a boat from here around the working harbour, or to Robben Island.

And don't miss the Zeitz MOCAA (Museum of Contemporary African Art).

Kitesurf

The strip of beaches stretching from the Milnerton lighthouse (including Sunset, Dolphin Beach and Big Bay) are known for their ideal kitesurfing conditions.

Winelands

Drive out (or better still: take an Uber or a book a tour guide) to the Cape Winelands: Durbanville, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek are within a 15-70km radius.
